25kW 200V Low Output Voltage ACDC Power Module

REG200250G is an ACDC power module that features low output voltage and high current. It specifically aims for low-voltage EV chargers, electric forklifts, AGVs and industrial power applications. It has the features of high efficiency, high power density and high reliability. By 3 phase 4 wire AC input, it covers 20~200VDC output voltage range and delivers up to 25kW output power. The EMC/EMI qualifies for CE certification with class B level, and the safety qualifies for both cTUVus and CE certification.
